Methylfolate is the body-ready form that does not require activation in your body. Low folic acid levels have been proven a risk factor in the development of neural defects in the developing foetus. This important B Vitamin also regulates healthy homocysteine levels and contributes to energy levels and heart and blood vessles health. It is particularly important for people with certain genetic mutations (MTHFR mutation) that stops them activating standard folic acid supplement.

Ingredients: Folate (as calcium-L-methylfolate as Metafolin). 

 

Additives: Bulking Agents: (mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose), Anti-caking Agents: (vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate), Cellulose Gum.

 

Nutrient Information: Daily Intake Amount: 1/day provides Folate (as calcium-L-methylfolate as Metafolin) 1000µg.

 

Dietary Inforamtion: This product is suitable for:

  • Vegetarian

  • Vegan

 

Directions & Dosage: As a food supplement for adults, one (1) tablet daily, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner

 

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
