High-Dose IV Vitamin C for Cancer Support:

High-dose intravenous Vitamin C is gaining attention as a complementary cancer therapy. At therapeutic levels (up to 1.5g/kg body weight), Vitamin C may help selectively target cancer cells by producing oxidative stress through hydrogen peroxide, leaving healthy cells unharmed. It has also been shown to enhance the effectiveness of radiation therapy by increasing tumour sensitivity. Here is a study looking at this synergistic effect.

Ingredients

L-Ascorbic acid (the active form of Vitamin c).

Unique features

We source our vitamin C directly from international pharmaceutical companies, ensuring it is of the highest grade.
We only use L-ascorbate (not D-ascorbate), which is the naturally occurring form of vitamin C and the most active.
We measure the level of vitamin C in the blood during and at the end of the infusion to determine the appropriate dose and infusion rate needed to achieve the desired effect.
For very high doses of vitamin, we use the Riordan clinic protocol.
We continuously monitor patients on a one-to-one basis, especially during very high-dose vitamin C infusions.
For your convenience, we can measure G6PD (see below) in the clinic using our state-of-the-art Point-of-Care equipment.

For high-dose vitamin C, above 20 grams, there is a one-off requirement to test you for G6PD. You can arrange your own, or we can arrange the test for you using our Point of Care testing facility for £100.
The price of vitamin C is dose-dependent. 1 gram (1000 mg) costs £10 (minimum 10 grams for i.v. infusions). For example, 40,000 mg costs £400. Up to 30% Package Discount applies to weekly therapies for any dose higher than 30grams in the cancer supporting therapy context.
