Hydration Drips for Fast Rehydration

Hydration drips are simply drips used for hydration. They can be useful for people with limited intake of fluids or after loss of significant amounts of fluids, for example due to vomiting, gastroenteritis or sweating from vigorous exercise.

Ingredients

We offer 2 hydration drips:

- Saline Hydration Drip (500 ml): This is more suitable for simple rehydrations when the condition is short-term and not lasting for a long time. The drip contains water, sodium and chloride at physiological concentrations.

- Minerals-infused Hydration Drip (500 ml): This is a more balanced drip for severe dehydration, containing a variety of essential minerals and electrolytes. This drip is more suitable for people with chronic health conditions that result in mineral deficiencies. In addition to sodium, chloride, potassium and calcium, it contains 5 additional minerals that may become deficient in chronic dehydration.

- Selenium (200 mcg), which is important for immunity and protection from cancer. Selenium is also a powerful antioxidant (2000x more potent than Vitamin C).

- Zinc (10,000 mcg) is essential for immunity and healing of wounds.

- Copper (4000 mcg) prevents bone loss, improves skin elasticity and heart muscle.

- Chrome (40 mcg) maintains carbohydrate metabolism and preserves peripheral nerve function.

- Manganese (1000 mcg) is important for cell regeneration and to maintain the immune system.

Unique features

This infusion is a medical intervention and requires an assessment of hydration status and knowledge of the medical intricate details. The choice of rehydration solution will be discussed with you before the infusion begins.
