Improved Quality of Life: Patients reported significant improvements in fatigue, insomnia, anorexia, and pain.

Enhanced Physical Fitness: 41.5% of patients experienced improved physical fitness, with the greatest improvements observed among lung cancer patients.

Disease Control: Among 80 cases with visible tumours on imaging, the overall disease control rate was 57.5%. Complete and partial remissions appeared between 21 and 80 days (median 55 days) after starting inhalation. Disease control was notably higher in stage III patients (83.0%) compared to stage IV patients (47.7%).
A separate case report documented the complete disappearance of brain metastases in a patient with non-small cell lung cancer following hydrogen gas inhalation.

Administration and Safety

Method: The most effective method is inhalation through nasal cannulas, similar to oxygen administration.

Safety Profile: Hydrogen is considered very safe. In a study of 55 patients who inhaled hydrogen gas daily for three months, no adverse events were observed. Side effects are virtually nonexistent, even with continuous administration for 6 to 12 hours daily.
