Cancellations with us can be made by phone, email or in person.

​

Cancelation policy: £50 of the total fee is payable upfront on online booking to secure the appointment. This is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled at anytime after booking or if no-show.

We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals, if you do think you will be late for your appointment please contact us and we can try to accommodate you as best we can. Depending on the extent of the delay in arriving to the appointment, the cancellation policy may be applied in those situations.

There are no refunds on therapies taken, purchased products or medical consultations where therapy has taken place.
